1. Prescription Medications
- For safety reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed, except in cases of:
- Wrong medication sent
- Defective or damaged packaging
- Expired products received
- If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. RX Finest will provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a replacement or refund.
2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products
- OTC products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Undamaged and in resalable condition
- Refunds for eligible OTC returns will be processed after the product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where RX Finest made an error.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible; you must follow the return process for OTC items.
