At RX Finest, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while prioritizing safety and compliance. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations of products purchased through our website.


1. Prescription Medications

  • For safety reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed, except in cases of:
    • Wrong medication sent
    • Defective or damaged packaging
    • Expired products received
  • If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. RX Finest will provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a replacement or refund.

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products

  • OTC products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are:
    • Unopened and in original packaging
    • Undamaged and in resalable condition
  • Refunds for eligible OTC returns will be processed after the product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where RX Finest made an error.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible; you must follow the return process for OTC items.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • RX Finest is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
  • Partial refunds may apply if a product is opened, damaged, or used improperly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • RX Finest will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
